O and i nedd help with pic uploading emailing and and how to get things onto my home

If you like Adobe Flash, the actual product is around $699. It's quite expensive, but it's the best, so it's worth it.

How to upload Flash:
Go to the "FLASH PORTAL" button in the navigation bar.

You'll see a big black box that says "SUBMIT".

To upload a picture into your newspost (I'm assuming that's what you mean), click on the "browse" button, go to "My Pictures", and search for the file you wish to upload.
